Barry Orr - Proprietor

Mr. Barry Orr, current owner and proprietor of R.S.M. Services, began his career as an apprentice with the company in 1983. Over the years Barry gained specialist qualifications for Mitsubishi and Peugeot vehicles, gaining C&G status as an automotive mechanic and finally becoming a "Master Craftsman" in his trade.

Barry became Manager of R.S.M. Services in 1995, finally becoming the owner in 1997. Since that time the buisness has expanded with new technology and new staff.

Sarah Pattie

Sarah joined R.S.M. Services in 2004 and has been the welcoming face of the company ever since.

Sarah deals directly with our customers, providing essential information on progress, updates and costs. As well as providing customers with friendly, 'jargon free' updates on their vehicles, Sarah also deals with our suppliers and orders all of the parts required for replacement.

Sarah also mans the computers and keeps the company ticking over by keeping the customer database, garage database and company accounts up-to-date.

Our family friendly reputation is built on the fact that Sarah can provide information directly to our customers in laymans terms, reassuring the customer at all times regarding their vehicle and assisting in vehicle returns to customers when required.

Marc Skinsley - Mechanic & Vauxhall Specialist

Marc Skinsley is an MOT tester and Vauxhall specialist, having been a senior technician at Vauxhall for many years.

Marc has a wide range of experience on all makes and models of vehicles and is very knowledgeable in every aspect of his profession; including servicing, cam-shaft belts, clutches, brakes etc. Marc, as well as being a local Southport lad, is also a specialist in vehicle diagnostics & fault finding, and is passionate about keeping local businesses thriving.

Barry Tilley - Mechanic, Tester, Welder

Barry is a recent addition to our team and is fully timed served as a mechanic and comes from a background of working exclusively with BMW & Mercedes Benz.

Capable of working with any vehicle, Barry carries out the majority of services, repairs and computerised vehicle diagnostics. He also carries full MOT certification.

Barry is also an excellent MIG & ARC welder, bringing with him years of experience which serves to enhance all aspects of the level of craftsmenship at RSM Services.

He also makes a fantastic cuppa and is always ready to lend a smile and pass on any advice to our customers!

Barry is an invaluable asset to RSM Services and a welcome member to our team.
